Central Ohio Primary Care was established to meet patients’ health and wellness needs in the most effective and efficient way possible. By remaining focused on patient care, we have grown to become the largest primary care, physician-owned medical group in Ohio.

Central Ohio Primary Care includes pediatricians, family physicians, internists, endocrinologists, infectious disease specialists and hospitalists, located in practices throughout Franklin, Fairfield, Delaware and Union counties. Additionally we operate the SameDay Center for immediate medical needs as well as diagnostic services at three locations.

History of Central Ohio Primary Care

Central Ohio Primary Care was created in 1996 by 33 physicians from nine private practices that wanted to focus their time on providing quality health care for their patients. What began as a consolidation of these nine practices has grown to more than 200 physicians located throughout central Ohio. The result is the second largest physician-owned primary care medical group in the United States.
