for medical records, prescription refills, and specialist referrals,
correspond with your doctor, view your lab results, pay your bill, update your personal information,
and view a summary of your visits.

The balance on the Patient Portal is only current as of the last statement generated. If the statement date is 30 days or greater,
please call our Customer Service department at (614) 423-6916
with questions regarding the status of your account balance.
COPC generates new statements every 30 days. If a recent statement date does not exist, the balance has either been
adjusted or paid.
