I enjoy spending my time exploring new parks and doing fun activities with our two toddler sons! Our sweet dog also likes to participate in family walks when she can. We have come to call Columbus our home and try to experience as much as we can here, but we also like to get away every now and again. Disney is our favorite go-to! Personally, my interests include music, reading and cooking. Professionally, my interests are centered in prevention and weight management. I am excited to work with you on your medical journey, weight management journey, or both.
