At Westerville Medical Associates, we are excited to have the opportunity to participate in the health care of each of our patients. As part of taking an active role in the health care of our patients, we value the importance of open communication with our patients and are happy to assist our patients with any questions that they may have.

Lab Draws

We accept walk-in labs. If you would prefer to schedule an appointment to decrease your wait time, that is acceptable and you will be given priority, but it is not required.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or you may be assessed a $100.00 no-show fee before your next visit.

How to Access Your Provider After Hours

Any non urgent matters including making appointments, prescription refills, or questions regarding paperwork will ONLY be addressed during business hours. If you have a true emergency day or night (such as a seizure or major trauma), call 911.

Billing and Insurance

Please be aware that if you do NOT have your insurance card and copay on the day of your visit, you will not be seen that day, but rather rescheduled for your visit

Prescription Policies and Information

Your doctor will advise you at each visit when to schedule your next  routine follow up regarding your chronic medical conditions at which time further medication refills will be dispensed. In between appointments, please call our office or send a portal message for any refill requests.

Please allow 72 hours for prescription requests to be processed.

We do not accept refill requests from your local or mail order pharmacy.  We ask that you call us when you are getting low on your supply of a particular medication.
