A modern way to visit with your provider
Before you can request a TeleVisit appointment, you must have Patient Portal access. To get access, you will need to contact your primary care provider.

A member of their team will register you and will send a welcome email for you to get started.
Requirements for a TeleVisit
- A Patient Portal account. If you do not have an account, call your provider to set one up.
- Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox internet browsers. You can download Google Chrome here and Mozilla Firefox here.
- If you are using a desktop computer, a webcam, speakers, and microphone are needed.
