A Letter to Our Patients

Our longstanding patients have noticed a lot of changes around our office as far as clinical personnel, and we thought it was a good time to share some exciting practice updates. As you know we joined Central Ohio Primary Care in 2016, and since then we have had a lot of changes. The changes in the practice have little to do with that affiliation, and more to do with aging physicians and the desire we have to have physicians at our practice to continue to offer care for our patients in the future.

One of our long term physicians left in 2017 to pursue other career opportunities and we had to scramble to get clinical help placed quickly in our office to continue to be able to provide care for our patients.

We are excited to announce that we have now have a permanent physician who has committed to our practice long term: Anupreet Kaur, MD. Dr. Kaur joined us in December of 2018 and has now become a full partner and will be with us permanently. She previously practiced in Circleville, Ohio and did her Family practice residency at East Tennessee State. She is board certified in Family Practice and holds additional qualifications in wound care. Prior to coming here, she was the director of the wound care clinic in Circleville. In addition to seeing traditional patients in our office, she now also sees wound care patients.

We also have a retiring physician, Dr. John Sprouse. Dr. Sprouse has been practicing in Lancaster since 1981. Dr. Sprouse has been a member of the Fairfield Medical staff during that time. He has served as the medical staff president previously as well as serving on the FMC board and various committees during that time. Dr. Sprouse served for a year as the site representative for us to Central Ohio Primary Care. Dr. Sprouse planned his retirement far enough in advance to allow for us to arrange for his replacement. The practice will welcome our new partner, Dr. Scott Hahn, July 1st. For a period of time Dr. Sprouse will be around to make the transition smooth, and after that you may still see him around the office filling in for other physician’s vacations etc. We are very excited to welcome Dr. Hahn to take over Dr. Sprouse’s practice.

Dr. Ralph Romaker and Dr. Mark Aebi continue to remain at Granville Pike Family Physicians and make up the rest of the physician team.

The physicians are proud we made the decision to join the Central Ohio Primary Care team, because we otherwise may not have been able to continue the excellent patient care we expect. As a patient of Central Ohio Primary Care, there are now more opportunities for your care than ever before.

Sincerely,
