Provider Background
About Jordan M. Knox, MD, CAQSM, FAAFP
I am grateful to serve as team physician for the Columbus Chaos, our local semi-pro women’s tackle football team. Outside of the office, I enjoy both baking and cooking (but hate cleaning up after), and rooting for my favorite sports teams. In the winter I love taking my Bernese Mountain Dog out in the snow.
