Cathy Cleary

Cathy joined COPC in 2010 as a Transition of Care Nurse with COPC’s Hospitalist team. For the next few years, she helped to develop our Transition of Care, Emergency Department Care Coordination, and Inpatient Support Center programs. In 2018 Cathy moved to the CBO as our first Director of Nursing and in 2022 was named Chief Nursing Officer. In this role, Cathy brings patient-centered leadership experience to many of COPC clinical programs, site clinical operations, nursing practice, and patient care services.

Prior to joining COPC Cathy worked in the hospital for over 15 years as a critical care nurse and then transitioned into Hospice nursing.

Cathy lives in Columbus and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
